Fall Garden Tour

🌿Experience the Beauty of Our Sunflower Spiral: One of the highlights of our fall farm tours is the breathtaking sunflower spiral. Each year, we lovingly cultivate this enchanting display of sunflowers, and now it's about to burst into full bloom. When you join us on a tour, you'll have the opportunity to step inside this mesmerizing spiral of sunflowers. Capture the moment with as many photos as your heart desires, surrounded by a diverse array of sunflower varieties.

🌿Guided walk through the market garden: Farmer Jared will be your tour guide and will be talking about the different strategies he uses to grow food without the use of toxic pesticides or chemical fertilizers. You will see the many different varieties of vegetables, fruit, herbs, and flowers growing throughout the garden. This includes baby plants in the greenhouse nursery as well as the more mature crops out in the field.

🌿Your Questions, Answered: After exploring the sunflower spiral and the rest of our lush market garden, you'll have the chance to engage with Farmer Jared during a Q&A session at the end. Whether you have burning gardening questions or simply want to learn more about sustainable farming practices, this is the perfect opportunity to expand your knowledge.

🌿Location of the Tour: The garden tour takes place at our market garden at Oma’s Family Farm. Once on El Monte road continue straight for 2 miles. Next, turn left onto Oma’s Dirt Road when you see Oma’s sign on the left side of the road. Continue on Oma’s Dirt Road until you get to Oma’s Family Farm. The road ends at a T looking directly at old farm tanks with a big Oma’s sign on them. At the T, continue straight to the parking area. You will see the sunflower spiral to your right and the red trailer with a Jared’s Real Food sign on it. Parking is behind the red trailer.

Please wear proper shoes for the walking tour. Sandals and open toe shoes are not recommended. There are ants in certain areas of the garden, and they can bite you if they have access to your feet.
